MIST do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from users. All features, including facial expression detection, operate entirely on your device.

Face Data and TrueDepth Technology

MIST uses Apple’s TrueDepth API through ARKit solely for real-time expression detection with the following privacy measures:

• All facial tracking happens in real-time locally on your device.
• Facial data exists only temporarily in system memory during active use.
• No facial data is ever stored permanently.
• No facial data leaves your device or is shared with third parties.
• Camera access is required only during active use of expression detection features.
• You maintain full control and can revoke camera permissions at any time through device settings.

Data Storage and Security

We maintain a strict no-storage policy:

• No user data is stored on our servers.
• All processing happens locally on your device.
• No data backups or archives are created.

Third-Party Services

We maintain complete independence from third-party services:

• No third-party SDKs are implemented.
• No analytics or tracking tools are used.
• No data sharing with external parties.

Your Privacy Rights

Since MIST doesn’t collect or store any personal information:

• There is no personal data to access, modify, or delete.
• No data portability concerns exist.
• Your privacy is maintained by default.

Changes to This Policy

If we make any changes to our privacy practices in the future:

• This policy will be updated accordingly.
• Users will be notified within the app.
• Changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date.
